She is dressed in white uniform with hospital name and tagged as shown original Appalachian Artworks, Cleveland Georgia. She wears a red cross nurse hat. The doll is all soft sculpture and used but good for age and can be surface washed to brighten her. She also has cabbage patch shoes and socks. She is signed on her butt as shown. A real collectors item!
